Keep your online minute book and Ownr account up to date by uploading the latest versions of your documents to your Ownr Dashboard.
The Upload documents feature allows you to upload one document at a time. Repeat the process to upload more than one document.
Before you get started
Documents must be in pdf format to be uploaded to your Ownr Dashboard.
Convert documents to pdf before you get started.
Get started
On the sidebar, select Documents.
Just below the toolbar, select Upload Document. The Upload Document window will be displayed.
Drag and drop your document or browse to add your document.
Update document information
In this optional step, update the name of your document, tag it to keep your minute book organized and add notes.
In the Document name field, enter an updated document name. If you don't manually change the file name, it automatically defaults to the existing file name.
In the Tags list, select a tag, like Articles of Incorporation, that describes the type of document you are uploading.
If the existing options do not accurately describe your document, create a new one. In the Tags field, enter the tag name. Select Add to add the new tag and assign it to your document.
In the Notes field, add notes or reminders related to this document. You will be able to see these notes when you preview the document after uploading it.
Review and upload
Review the document you have selected and the updated document information.
Select Upload to upload your document.
Repeat the process from the beginning to upload additional documents.
