What is Extra-Provincial registration?
All federally incorporated companies must also be extra-provincially registered in their home jurisdiction.
In Ontario, extra-provincial registration happens automatically at the time of incorporation. The extra-provincial registration documents include a Federal Government form as well as Form 2 from the Provincial Government:
Accessing your Extra-Provincial documents
After incorporation, you can access your extra-provincial documents by clicking Organization > Minute Book in your Ownr account.
