All federally incorporated companies must also be extra-provincially registered in their home jurisdiction. 

In Ontario, extra-provincial registration happens automatically at the time of incorporation. The extra-provincial registration documents include a Federal Government form as well as Form 2 from the Provincial Government:

Accessing your Extra-Provincial Documents

After incorporation, you can access your extra-provincial documents by clicking 'ORGANIZATION' -> 'Minute Book' in your Ownr account.
