1. Corporation information sheet - This contains the company's anniversary date, annual return filing period information, and corporate key. The corporate key acts as the company's PIN when making updates to your corporation with the federal gov. (ex. Change of business address).
  2. Corporation information act notification - This contains your Ontario Corporate number, you will need this when filing annual filing or notices of change with the Ontario government.
  3. Certificate and articles of incorporation - The official document showing your business has been incorporated federally. Save this along with your minute book documents. The bank will need to see this when opening a business bank account.
  4. Ontario extra-provincial confirmation - A confirmation your company has been registered within the province of Ontario.
