Ownr has expanded its services. Here's how to get your account up and running.

Ownr has been updated and with more features than ever to help you grow your business.

Now you can use your Ownr account to do so much more than just incorporate or register your business: exercise full control over your company's shares, generate important documents like Website Terms of Use, create Employment Agreements, and more.

To proceed with your Ownr account, please follow the steps for the applicable option below.

I have an Ownr Account but have not Paid

  1. Log into your Ownr account. You will be prompted to reset your password.

  2. Begin your application to incorporate or register your business.

My Registration is in Progress

Follow the applicable steps below if you have paid for an Ownr account, but do not have your documents yet:

I submitted and am waiting for my federal incorporation

  1. You will receive an email when the registration is complete.

  2. Log into your Ownr account. You will be prompted to reset your password.

  3. Log in to view and sign your documents.

I have a NUANS report or BC name reservation

  1. Log into your Ownr account. You will be prompted to reset your password.

  2. For NUANS report: 'If you have a NUANS reservation or have previously registered this name 'click here'' as in the screenshot below.

3. Select Upload Existing NUANS report from drop down, and Choose a saved File to upload

4. Review and submit your registration.

I am waiting for BC Name Approval

  1. You will receive an email when your name results are available.

  2. Log into your Ownr account. You will be prompted to reset your password.

  3. Then, log in to submit your registration.

My Registration is Complete

Follow the applicable steps below if you have your incorporation/registration documents:

I registered a sole proprietorship

  1. Log into your Ownr account. You will be prompted to reset your password.

  2. You can now log in to download your document, or redeem your RBC refund.

I completed my incorporation before May 2019

  1. Log into your Ownr account. You will be prompted to reset your password.

  2. Log in and onboard as an existing corporation. Using Ownr, your can now manage your corporation for as little as $199 annually. Select 'no' for the legal health check questions if you do not have a minute book.

I incorporated with Ownr after May 2019 and signed all my minute book documents.

Great news! You’re getting a free Minute Book plan on Ownr for one year to help manage your corporation's ongoing needs. This offer has a value of $199/year.
1. Log into your Ownr account. You will be prompted to reset your password.
2. Check that your information is up to date and reflects the current state of your company. You'll have the opportunity to make changes after onboarding is complete.
3. Your discount for the Ownr Minute Book will be applied automatically.

I incorporated with Ownr after May 2019 and have NOT signed all my minute book documents.

Great news! You’re getting a free Minute Book plan on Ownr for one year to help manage your corporation's ongoing needs. This offer has a value of $199/year.

1. Log into your Ownr account. You will be prompted to reset your password.
2. Onboard your company as an existing corporation. Select 'no' for the legal health check questions.
3. Your discount for the Ownr Minute Book will be applied automatically.

4. Each signing member will receive an email to sign the minute book documents.
