Online Minute Book Plan

The Online Minute Book plan is Ownr’s basic subscription package. It is ideal for businesses in the early stages of development.

This plan allows you to:

  • Register your business with the government

  • Generate legal documents for incorporation

  • Reserve your business name

  • Prepare your annual registry filings and legal paperwork to remain compliant

  • Securely store all legal documents

You have the option to add on either, or both, of these two features:

  • GST/HST number registration

  • Changes to address, directors, or officers


Managed Corporation Plan

The Managed Corporation Plan is Ownr’s advanced incorporation package, ideal for companies in their growth stage.

This plan allows you to do everything in the Online Minute Book plan and:

  • Generate legal documents: NDAs, Dividend Payouts and more

  • Register for GST/HST number

  • Unlimited changes to address, directors, and officers

  • Unlimited access to Ownr Legal Agreement Library

  • Unlimited user accounts

  • Priority support

You have the option to add on either, or both, of these two features:

  • Manage Shares: Issue, Transfer and Repurchase Shares, Create a Shareholder Agreement

  • Manage Employees and Contractors

Both plans are eligible for the $300 cash back offer through RBC when you set up your business bank account.
