Unable to reset Password
Due to new security upgrades, we now have restrictions on your Ownr password age. You are only able to change or reset your password once every 24 hours. You are also unable to reuse a previously used Ownr password.
If you have created an account or completed a Password reset in the past day, you will need to wait 24 hours before you can attempt a password reset again.
The following are the requirements for your Ownr password:
Minimum length of password: 8 characters
At least one lower case letter
At least one upper case letter
At least one number (0-9) and symbol (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
Must not contain part of the username
Must not reuse an existing password you have already used on Ownr
If you are trying to log in, and see this error message below, you are trying to reset a password with an email address that does not exist on our system.
Please ensure you are using the same email address you used to create your account on Ownr. If you have a browser or a password manager with auto fill enabled, please make sure to confirm the email address being entered is the correct one.
Did not receive reset email
Unfortunately we are unable to resend the password reset email to you. You will need to resend the password reset email again from the login page, and ensure that you check all spam and promotions folders in case the email has been received there.
Locked Out
If you have been locked out of your Ownr account, here are the steps to unlock your account:
Click “Unlock Account” on the sign in page here
On the next page, click “Send Me An Email”
You will receive an email to unlock your account. On the email, click the button that says “Unlock Account”. You will then be able to manually unlock your account.
You will be sent to a new page to unlock your account with password verification. This will log you into Ownr.
Troubleshooting
For some Users, the issues are related to having Javascript disabled on your browser.
Is your Javascript disabled on your browser via extension or browser privacy settings? For Chrome, the best way to check or reactivate it would be going to Menu > Settings > Privacy & security > Site Settings > Content > JavaScript > turn on JavaScript toggle.
Reset the cache on your browser or try a new browser entirely.
