To enable Two Factor Authentication in your Ownr account, simply click on the person icon in the top right. 

Then click 'Profile Settings'.

From here, you can click 'Setup 2 Factor Authentication':

Then, simply follow the information:

Once complete the 2 steps, your Ownr account will be setup with Two Factor Authentication.
