If your rebate was applied to your receipt as a discount at checkout when registering your business, you can confirm your account opening by clicking on the "Confirm Account Open" button in your Ownr dashboard. You’ll then be prompted to enter the last 4 digits of your business bank account number.
If your rebate was not applied to your receipt as a discount at checkout when registering your business, you can log in to your Ownr dashboard and click on the "Refund Me" button. This will initiate the refund process. Please note the refund can typically take up to 10 business days to reflect in your RBC Business Bank Account.
