Any company can be removed from your Dashboard if you have not yet paid for a plan.
Before you get started
Only companies that have not been paid for can be deleted from your Ownr account.
Once deleted, the application information cannot be retrieved.
Contact the support team by clicking the chat icon or by emailing [email protected] if you have further questions.
Delete an unfinished company
1. Click the toolbar. A drop down menu will appear.
2. Select the company that you want to delete.
If the company is already selected or you only have one company linked to your Ownr account, you can skip this step.
3. On the application, click Settings. Under Company, click Remove Company.
4. The Remove Company window will appear. Enter your company name. Then, click Remove.
You will need to enter your company name exactly as it appears. This is case-sensitive and must include the company's legal ending.
After you click Remove, the company will be permanently removed from your Ownr account.
