If your Dashboard is showing deposited but you have not received the funds, then your account may have had a freeze or hold at the time the attempt was made. This freeze is usually placed on new accounts by RBC to ensure that the client’s ID is verified and the account opening process is complete. Please get in touch with RBC about your account.
