Your Ownr Dashboard allows you to have all of your important business information and documents stored in one place. In this article, you can learn more about your Ownr Dashboard.
Before you get started
Sole proprietorship and corporation company profiles have different Dashboards.
Sole proprietorships can view their business information and documents through the Dashboard.
Corporations can view their business information, minute book documents, make corporate changes, and more through the Dashboard.
Users with Manage access will be able to access all sections of the Dashboard. If you have a user account for a company profile but do not have Manage access, your Dashboard access will look different.
If the Ownr subscription for your corporation is expired, you will not be able to access your Dashboard.
Log in to your account
Log in to your Ownr account by pressing the Sign in button in the the top right corner of the landing page.
The button will show as the Dashboard button if you are already logged in.
Please note: clicking the Start Your Business button will start a new registration.

Tool bar
Click on the tool bar to navigate between company profiles and create a new company.
Profile icon
Click the profile icon to navigate to Ownr account management tools such as:
Profile Settings: manage your Ownr account information, password, and billing information.
Feedback: provide feedback to the Ownr team.
Refer a Friend: refer a friend to Ownr.
Help Center: locate support articles.
Sign Out: sign out of your account.

Recent Activity: the activity of your business registration through Ownr.
Recent Documents: your most recent documents uploaded.
Perks: explore the perks you get as an Ownr customer.

On the sidebar, click Company > Organization > Company Info. This is where you can find:
Contact Information: your head office address.
Organization Information: all of your registration information
Extra Information: where you can add any other business information you wish to keep in one place.
Constituting Docs: your registration documents.

On your main Dashboard page, you can find:
Pending Changes: any pending changes for your corporation will be shown here.
Business Set Up Checklist: recommended next steps for your business after incorporation.
Recent Activity: the activity of your business registration through Ownr.
Recent Documents: your most recent documents uploaded.
Perks: explore the perks you get as an Ownr customer.
RBC account opening status
On the Dashboard, you'll also be notified of documents that need to be signed, with the opportunity to send reminder emails to those that haven't signed.

The Company tab on the sidebar allows you to review your corporate information and documents, as well as make a variety of corporate changes. Below, learn about the different pages you can access through the Company tab.
Organization
On the sidebar, click Company > Organization. Under this section you will have access to all of your corporate information. You will also be able to make changes to your corporation. Under Organization, locate the following:
Company Info: find your company information including your Corporation Number, CRA Business Number, Corporation Key or Password, and more.
Directors & Officers: view the directors and officers listed for your corporation and make changes to those individuals.
Individuals with Significant Control: federal corporations can view and make changes to any Individuals with Significant Control.
Annual Returns: file your annual returns and view past annual return filings.
Minute Book Documents: locate your Minute Book documents, including your Articles of Incorporation.
Activity: view the corporate filings you have completed through Ownr.
Shares
On the sidebar, click Company > Shares. This section allows you view and manage the ownership in your corporation, including making changes to your share structure. Locate the following information:
Cap Table: review and export your Cap Table.
Issuances: issue shares and review past share issuances.
Transfers: transfer shares and review past share transfers.
Repurchases: repurchases shares to the corporation and review past share repurchases.
Convertibles: add Convertibles and review past Convertible notes.
Shareholder Agreement: create and review shareholder agreements.
Share Classes: view the current share classes in your corporation and perform share class amendments (Federal corporations only).
ESOP: create and manage an Employee Stock Option Plan.
Employees
On the sidebar, click Company > Employees. Users on Ownr's Managed Corporation Plan will have access to contracts for both employee and contractors. Once an employee or contractor has been brought on, manage their employment directly from the Dashboard.
Documents
On the sidebar, click Company > Documents. This page is where your documents are stored. Review your organization documents, including your Articles of Incorporation, or create new legal agreements on the New Document page.
Download your documents by clicking the download icon.
